An e-visa is a digital travel authorisation emailed as a PDF — print it or show it on your phone at the border. A sticker visa is a physical decal stuck in your passport. Sticker visas require you to submit your passport; e-visas do not.

Standard processing depends on the destination. UK ETA takes hours, India e-visa 3–5 business days, Sri Lanka ETA one business day, and Saudi sticker up to 2 weeks. Express tier prioritises your case at the embassy.

As a Swedish citizen you need a visa for, among others, India, Vietnam, Egypt, Kenya, Tanzania, Sri Lanka, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, China, Iran, Pakistan, Nigeria, and most non-Schengen countries plus several Asian destinations. Enter your destination at checkout to confirm.

For e-visa: no. You upload a passport copy digitally. For sticker visa: yes. You ship the passport, or we collect it (Premium tier includes pickup and tracked return shipping).

On Premium tier we refund the DOX fee on denial (Denial Protection). Embassy fees are non-refundable as they are paid to the government regardless of who applies. Standard and Express tiers do not refund the DOX fee on denial.

Yes, you can always apply yourself. DOX adds expert review of photo, passport and form — common error sources that cause denials. Plus: Swedish-language support, which embassies do not provide.
